With the current state of the Covid‐19 outbreak we want to assure you Pioneer Packaging remains open for business and ready to meet all your packaging needs. At this time, deliveries continue to be time on Pioneer trucks throughout the Northwest. Further, at this time, our incoming supply chain remains wholly intact and on time.
During these unprecedented times the health and safety of our Pioneer family remains our top priority. We have mandated state and federally recommended sanitizing processes to minimize risk to our employees, customers, and vendors during the outbreak. Our inside Customer Service and Operations staff, and Company Truck Drivers are following recommended protocols to minimize potential spread of the virus. Outside Salesreps are working remotely and interacting with customers via phone and email, and only visiting in person if absolutely needed, and with customer approval.
The situation continues to evolve quickly and we will update you if there are any significant changes that would impact our ability to supply you with the products you need to continue operating your businesses. Please contact your Salesrep or one of our Customer Service Representatives if you foresee any major changes in your requirements so that we can adjust our inventories and deliveries appropriately.
